Developer/Programmer Analyst
After calling and speaking to Doug regarding a failed firmware updateon my MZ-24, it was fixed rapidly but afterwards, when I bound my transmitter to a 12 channel receiver, I shut the receiver off and then the transmitter. When I then turned the transmitter on, there was no reset button at the bottom of the pop-up screen. Doug called back moments after I put in the call and after troubleshooting, determined we should do a factory reset. I guess I was a little heavy on the fingers and the result was me having to send it in for repairs. This guy has been a pleasure to deal with and I give kudos to the Graupner USA team.

A+ Service!
After 13 months of club racing, I noticed a hairline crack forming around the trigger on my X-8N radio, within a weeks time Graupner USA sent me a replacement trigger which I was able to swap out in about 5 minutes and my radio was as good as new, thanks Graupner USA!

After speaking with Doug about broken switches, he sent them to me free of charge. We had a good laugh about how his have broken as well. Great service guy and extremely knowledgeable and personable. Extremely happy with this radio and fantastic service. Well done Graupner ????

X-8e service
Sent my X-8e transmitter back to Doug for a charging problem. I few days later, I received a new replacement with the latest firmware. It's nice to know you can get great service in a timely manner when you need it!
