RETURNS

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Graupner USA will pay return shipping charges within 30 days after the purchase was made from our online store. Customer will be offered a replacement product, store credit or money refund within five working days after Graupner USA receives the returned product in good order. 

Returns after 30 days will be returned at customers expense and may carry a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee shall apply to returned items that are not in sellable condition like missing or damaged packaging or products that show wear and tear. Products that are received damaged or broken are not eligible for any kind of refund and returned to customer at this own expense. Customer will be offered a store credit or money refund within five working days after Graupner USA receives the returned product in good order. Software products are not refundable and cannot be returned. 

Returns after a 60 day period will not be accepted.

Returns are only accepted with a valid RMA number provided by Graupner USA.

There are a few ways to obtain an RMA.

  • In case the product was purchased on the Graupner USA website you can login into your user account and tag the product you like to return on your order. You will receive detailed instructions within two working business days with return information.
  • In case you purchased your product from one of our dealers you should fill out an RMA form on this link. You will receive detailed instructions within two working business days with return information.
